Shopify Cart Transform Functions

Server-side fee injection, running inside Shopify's checkout infrastructure as a WebAssembly function. This is enforcement layer one for FeeLayer surcharges.

Layer two. It rejects any order whose totals were tampered with after Cart Transform ran. Together the two Functions are what make FeeLayer bypass-proof on Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
